What your policy can include
Cancellation & Abandonment Insurance
Covers the irrecoverable costs incurred if your conference or exhibition has to be cancelled, abandoned or postponed due to circumstances outside your control, including adverse weather, venue unavailability, communicable disease, or civil unrest.
Non-Appearance Insurance
If a key speaker, presenter or performer is unable to attend due to illness, injury, or travel disruption, this cover protects you against the financial and reputational impact of their absence. Available as a standalone add-on or bundled into a broader event policy.
Property All Risks
Covers owned or hired-in equipment, AV, staging, display materials and more against loss or damage, including while in transit to and from your venue. Available for single events or on an annual basis for organisations running multiple exhibitions.
Public & Employers Liability
Public Liability covers accidental injury to visitors or damage to the venue. Employers Liability extends that protection to your team, helpers and volunteers. Both are frequently required by venues as a condition of hire, and can be arranged quickly as a standalone policy if needed.

Can I get cover as an exhibitor rather than an organiser?
Yes. We can insure both organisers and individual exhibitors or stallholders attending someone else's event. If you need to cover your own stock, display equipment or liability while at a trade show or exhibition, we can arrange that as a standalone policy.
